What Counts as Useful
A beta run is useful when CommandGate either gives a trusted first answer or exposes a clear failure mode. Wrong, incomplete, or confusing answers are valuable when the report includes the prompt, the platform, and what made the result hard to trust.
Attach a support bundle or logs only after reviewing and redacting secrets, API keys, customer data, and unrelated command output. Feedback should be trackable through the support email thread without exposing sensitive details by default.
